A Salt Rock based wood-fired bakery, specialising in sourdough recipes. Their products are hand kneaded, naturally leavened and made using wild yeast, all to ensure quality rustic loaves and doughy treats baked the way nature intended.

Bread is such a big part of our staple diet. We pop out for ‘bread & milk’ on the regular as most of us eat bread on a daily/regular basis.
It is for this reason we are incredibly dedicated to baking real bread with quality ingredients that you know is a healthy choice for you and yours.
We figure for something we eat so much of and so often, we really shouldn’t skimp on the nutritional benefits real bread provides. That goes for all food really, you are what you eat.
